Carn Mairg Group ... Feb 2005
Carn Gorm, Meall Garbh, Carn Mairg & Creag Mhor

A superb winters walk taking in four Munros, worth it alone for the views into the Ben Lawers range. The pictures don't give any impression of the bitterly cold northerly wind that turned the day into a bit of an endurance event, I would imagine on a summers day this to be a very easy round.

A thin layer of cloud engulfed the summit of Carn Gorm as we arrived :-(

Leaving Carn Gorm and heading towards Meall Garbh, the cloud has now lifted above the tops taking away the sun and blue sky.
