A snow shower trundles overhead sparking of this little rainbow.

Looking up to our hill from Creag na Caillich. Sgor nan h-Ulaidh to the left, just to the right is Stob Coire Sgreamhach of Bidean nam Bian, the pointy hill more distanr on the far right is Stob Dubh of Buachaille Etive Mor.

The weather now quickly deteriorates. In about two minutes from taking this photo the cloud lowers and the wind picks up giving near zero visibility and blizzard conditions, no matter how many times I have experienced such conditions in the past, it is always daunting

The squall soon passes leaving that spectacular moment when the cloud starts to lift off the hill.

The best view of the day with Stob na Broige taking center stage. To the left Stob Dubh of Buachaille Etive Beag pokes its snow covered top out, Bidian can be seen rising to the left. On the right we have the head of Glen Etive with Sron na Creise to the right.
